"When I started my homebuying journey, I read that it was a good idea to interview multiple agents, so I asked for some family referrals and used an online agent finder service. Initially, I assumed I would be working with my parents' realtor who has helped them buy & sell multiple properties. But when the online service matched me to Dylan and I called him for a brief interview, it became immediately clear that he was much more attuned to my needs and expectations. As a first-time buyer, I lacked a lot of knowledge about how to shop for a condo, but I'd tried to do some research ahead of time. Regardless, Dylan acted with the heart of a teacher, answering all of my questions thoroughly and often before I even needed to ask them. All the while he remained patient and kind, replying to my oddball inquiries over text messaging if something happened to spring into my mind suddenly.While showing me properties, he was straightforward and honest if he thought a unit was overpriced, poorly renovated, or a potential money pit. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything or see a particular property. He knew what was in my parameters and stuck to them. He was respectful of my time and always punctual. Then when we found a property that I wanted to buy, he kept on top of the seller to get my offer reviewed and accepted within the 48-hour window. After the offer was accepted, he kept me updated with the closing status, oftentimes before I even heard from the lender or from escrow. My offer was really straightforward, so we sailed through the contract with ease. But I believe even if it had been complicated or messy, Dylan would still have been a dependable captain at the helm, steering me through to the end.In all, working with Dylan felt like working with an old friend. If you want a trustworthy, diligent, patient, and kind agent to help you with your homebuying journey, you will not find a better ally than Dylan Wolf."

"It was completely by accident that we lucked out connecting with Dylan. He also connected us with our lender who was also a great asset. We requested to look at a nightmare of a home (in hopes of fixing it up) and later at a cute two bedroom. After looking at what our mortgage would be we told him we needed some more time to save. He was understanding and kind. When my partner opened up to the idea of seeing a different area we found a slew of homes to look at and Dylan was available as soon as we were. We were going to have an FHA and Dylan's knowledge about what was required was beneficial. When we stepped in to the home that we made our first offer on he said, "This is the one." He was right. He and our lender connected us to everyone we needed to move forward and they were outstanding. And when the time came for negotiating we trusted him and he saved us some money which we were able to put towards things we needed. We can't thank him enough for all he did to get us into our dream home."

"Dylan Wolf is our realtor and his professionalism, steadfast commitment and real estate knowledge.... just helped us buy our house in Lakewood! I picked him out of four other individuals, because of his top notch personality and expedient return correspondence. He is the absolute best at explaining what needs to be explained and if you catch him with a question he isn't sure of, he will quickly respond with a satisfying answer. I met Dylan a year and a half ago when I was looking at property in south King county and all of Pierce county. We actually wanted whatever was nearest to Renton initially, but with the housing frenzy, we wound up looking between Everett and south Pierce.
